This period is specifically designed for those who are new to sports or have taken a long break.
With 3 sessions of 45 minutes each, three times a week for four weeks, you will gradually regain strength, body awareness, and the peace of movement.
This program does not include high-tempo, jumping movements that put strain on the knees.
Each exercise gently activates the body and allows you to progress safely.
But the effect is not mild; you'll rebuild your energy, your posture, and your self-confidence. 💪

✔️ Dumbbells (1–3 kg) – You can also do this with hand movements if you prefer.
✔️ Matte (4–6 mm or 10–15 mm)
✔️ Athletic shoes (important to prevent injury risk!)
