After months of hard work, I'm thrilled to share my pregnancy program with you. This is a personalized exercise plan shaped by my experiences. It emphasizes the importance of healthy and informed exercise during pregnancy, and I hope you enjoy using it and have a healthy pregnancy. However, there are also cases where exercise is not recommended during pregnancy. Therefore, please consult your doctor before starting. Remember, our goal is a healthy pregnancy.

I would also like to point out that although this program is designed specifically for pregnant women, if you suffer from issues such as being overweight, older, having difficulty moving, back pain, or knee problems, you can reverse this pregnancy program, i.e., follow a 3-2-1 trimester schedule.

Who is this program suitable for?


  • Pregnant women who have received "can exercise" approval from their doctor .
  • Anyone with no prior exercise experience can easily complete the program.
  • People who are overweight.
  • For those who want to start with light exercise.


What does the program include?

Trimester Pregnancy Program

  • This program covers weeks 13 through 27 of pregnancy.
  • You will do two exercise videos each week. If you feel energetic, you can do your favorite exercise video on another day.
  • Exercise videos that are no longer than 30 minutes.
  • Warm-up and stretching exercises are not included in this video. They are provided separately.
Required Materials
  • Dumbbell, resistance band, and chair.
Is it important to start from the correct trimester?
  • In my opinion, it's important because as your pregnancy progresses, your rate of movement will decrease. You'll become breathless. Your performance might decrease somewhat. If you're in your third trimester and take a first trimester product, it might be too much for you.
