The aerobics-step class you are viewing is one of my Zoom group classes. These are not edited videos. Therefore, the pricing reflects this. If you prefer to exercise with edited videos, you can check my schedule on my website.
The sessions involve high-intensity exercises. If you get too tired and feel like you can't continue, you can always pause the video and rest. You can spread the exercise throughout the day. You can lower the intensity and walk in place. Please give your body a rest. Please do not end the exercise before completing the stretching.
What materials do you need?
Important Reminder!
This is a 6-week exercise program. The exercises are 50-60 minutes long and take place one day a week. Because step aerobics is an intense class, I recommend not doing it more than once a week initially, especially if you're new to it. You can increase the frequency later, for example, after completing these 6 classes. However, step aerobics alone isn't enough; you can combine it with other shorter 30-45 minute exercises on other days.
