These sessions involve high-intensity exercises. If you get too tired and feel like you can't continue, you can always pause the video and rest. You can spread the exercise throughout the day. However, please do not end the exercise before completing the stretching.

Important Reminder!

  • This program coincided with the summer. It was 7 weeks long, spread over 3 days a week, and was a cardio-intensive period. Classes lasted between 45-50 minutes. Since most people are on vacation during the summer, we made sure it was a program that could be done without dumbbells. I really enjoyed this summer program because I burned an incredible amount of calories :)

What time of day should I do it?

  • The most suitable time for you is the best time of day.

Do I need to exercise outside of the program?

  • I don't think so! It's already an intense exercise period in itself.
