Trampoline Tips

Below I am sharing recommendations and links for those who want to buy a trampoline.
These models are the ones currently used in my active group and are the most preferred by the participants.

The model I use Bellicon brand, 44 inches (approximately 112 cm) around.
In general 100–112–125 cm There are various size options available.

Trampoline sizes vary depending on usage area, balance, and comfort:

  • 100 cm: Ideal for small spaces and portability.
  • 112 cm: It provides balance and a sense of security, and is the most comfortable size for most users.
  • 125 cm: It offers a larger surface area, a smoother bounce, and improved stability.

As height increases, the jumping area increases, balance becomes easier, and the variety of movements expands.

I T-bar (grab bar) I'm using the model with the bar support — it really makes a difference, especially in some classes.
But even if you don't have a bar, that's okay, you just need to be a little more careful.
