Step classes are our weekly Zoom group classes. And as time goes on, your fitness will improve incredibly, you won't even believe it :)
What materials do you need?
- Stepping stones are essential for step classes. My advice regarding stepping stones is that it's very important that they don't slip, but if you have trouble slipping, I suggest placing a good non-slip mat underneath. The mat also minimizes noise. If possible, and if you enjoy step classes, you can get a more advanced stepping stone that isn't too simple, so you can adjust the difficulty level. You can also try them on at sports stores before buying.
- I recommend wearing athletic shoes. Because there's a lot of going up and down on the step, it's important to avoid injuries.
Where can I do this exercise?
- You can do it anywhere you want. Since the videos will be on YouTube, you can download them and do it even if you don't have internet access.
Important Reminder!
- This is a 4-week exercise program.
- These are 60-minute workouts. They take place one day a week.
- Since step aerobics is an intense class, I recommend not doing it more than once a week initially, especially if you're new to it. You can increase the frequency later on.
- For example, after completing these 4 lessons. However, step classes alone are not enough; you can combine them with other short 30-45 minute exercises on other days.
Step Class
- The aerobics-step class you have purchased is one of my Zoom group classes. These are not edited videos. Therefore, the pricing reflects this. If you prefer to exercise with edited videos, you can check my schedule on my website.
- These sessions involve high-intensity exercises. If you get too tired and feel like you can't continue, you can always pause the video and rest. You can spread the exercise throughout the day. However, please do not end the exercise before completing the stretching.
