💪 Program Features:
- Three days a week: Normally Monday-Wednesday-Friday
- Time: 21:00 – 21:45 (Turkish time)
- Total: 12 live lessons over 4 weeks.
- Recordings of each lesson are sent within 1-2 hours.
- It can easily be done at home.
- Dynamic exercises using body weight, dumbbells, a mini Pilates ball, and (optional) a step board.
- HIIT is a workout focused on strength and endurance.
