Target Audience: Level 1 is designed for individuals with exercise experience but who have not yet started or have never exercised regularly. This level is ideal for those struggling with excess weight, lacking motivation, and wanting to make exercise a lifestyle.
Flexibility: The program can be adjusted to suit your personal level. You can make changes as needed by adding or removing weight, adjusting the tempo, or pausing the video.
Weight Selection: The weight you use depends on your exercise history and fitness level. If you can comfortably complete the program, and the weight isn't sufficient, you can increase it. Remember, using weights won't make you more muscular; on the contrary, it can increase fat burning and contribute to toning. For beginners, for example, 2.5 kg and 5 kg dumbbells and 1 or 1.5 kg ankle weights might be suitable. You can increase the weight over time.
Exercise Duration: The program consists of exercise videos that do not exceed 30 minutes, including warm-up and stretching.
