Target Audience: Level 3 is a continuation of Level 2 and is designed for individuals with prior exercise experience, no health issues, and who are seeking a higher challenge.


Weight Increase Recommendation: It is recommended to increase the weights you use in Phase 2 of this program. If you use the same weights, the program may feel too easy. If the program feels too heavy or too difficult, you can adjust the level to suit your fitness level. You can make changes as needed by adding or removing weight, slowing down the pace, or pausing the video.


Weight Selection and Adjustment: The weight you use depends on your exercise history and fitness level. If you are comfortably completing the program, and the weight you are using is not sufficient, you can increase it. Don't be afraid to use weights; they won't make you overly muscular; on the contrary, they can increase fat burning and contribute to toning. For beginners, for example, 2.5 kg and 5 kg dumbbells and 1 or 1.5 kg ankle weights might be suitable. You can increase the weight over time.


Exercise Duration: The program consists of exercise videos lasting no more than 30-40 minutes, including warm-up and stretching.
