This 6- week online fitness program includes recordings of previously held live Zoom classes . The program features various exercise types such as weight training, aerobics, cardio, HIIT, CrossFit, and barre . You can easily perform these workouts at home, achieving your goals of fat burning, muscle strengthening, and improved fitness at your own pace. You can choose between exercises with or without dumbbells , tailoring the program to your needs.

👉 Which program should I take?
✔️ Dumbbells (1-3-5 kg, 7-10 kg for more advanced levels)
✔️ Matte (4-6 mm or 10-15 mm)
✔️ Athletic shoes (Important to prevent injury risk!)
✔️ Supportive sports bra
💡 You don't have to use dumbbells! You can do it with hand movements too.
