Zoom Group Classes

These are live lessons, not edited videos .
- You can browse my website for previously recorded programs.
- The lessons are intense . You can pause the video and rest when you get tired.
- You can spread your exercise throughout the day , but don't stop without completing your stretching exercises.
Required Materials
✔️ Dumbbells (1-3-5 kg, 7-10 kg for more advanced levels)
✔️ Matte (4-6 mm or 10-15 mm)
✔️ Athletic shoes (Important to prevent injury risk!)
✔️ Supportive sports bra
💡 You don't have to use dumbbells! You can do it with hand movements too.
Where can I exercise?

Wherever you want! The videos will be on YouTube, but you can also download them and watch them offline.
Important Reminder!
- It's a 4-week program, 3 days a week.
