Which program should I take?
Hello friends!
If you're reading this, you've probably visited my page and seen dozens of programs, and suddenly felt confused, unsure which one to buy. Maybe you tried emailing me, or perhaps you wondered if you should buy them all. Now, if you'll spare some time, I'll answer all your questions and provide you with a roadmap to guide you.
When creating my home workout programs, I was very much influenced by my own experience and weight loss journey. People want to lose weight, they want to start exercising, but they don't know what kind of exercises to do or they don't have time to go to the gym. I, for example, never liked exercising by looking at a written textbook. I always found it easier to work out with full exercise videos. With these home workout programs, exercising in the comfort of your own home, at the time and days you want, is as close as a TV screen. With 30-40 minutes of daily exercise, you can really achieve a great physique.
First, I want to start with my own home programs. Home programs are very valuable to me.
- My suggestion to those who take the home programs is that you can repeat them until you can do them at an easy level. For example, if you took Home 1 and are still struggling with some videos, you can wait another month to complete Home 1. The same applies to my other home programs.
- The home workout program you bought seemed incredibly easy. You're not struggling at all. Then you might have overlooked the importance of dumbbells. Some people expect maximum difficulty with 1-2 kg dumbbells, which isn't correct. It's important not to ignore the importance of dumbbells in making the movement more challenging and maximizing your performance.
- I created these home workouts during a period when I was at the peak of my fitness and endurance, meaning my energy levels were extremely high. If you have no prior exercise experience, this series of programs might be challenging for you.
- I recommend going through them in order. One level isn't necessarily heavier or harder than the other. The easiest level is EV-1, but even that isn't easy for someone without exercise experience.
- The program is not edited video. There is no timer or next exercise checkbox. However, it is a great program in terms of content.
THIS HOME EXERCISE SERIES IS MORE SUITABLE FOR THOSE WITH A PREVIOUS EXERCISE HISTORY!
EV-1 :
- You have a history of exercise. You have exercise knowledge. But perhaps you haven't exercised in a few months, and as a starting point, you can begin with House 1. Short videos no longer than 30 minutes.
EV-2
- The acclimatization period is over. If you want to pick up the pace, you can continue with House 2.
EV-3 and EV-4
- You can increase the weight and continue with EV 3 and EV 4.
Home programs and their links are given below.
Let's talk about my pregnancy programs.
I started creating my pregnancy programs as soon as I became pregnant again, after receiving training. It was a wonderful process for me, continuing to exercise during my pregnancy and documenting it like this. Although I call it a pregnancy program, it's actually a very light exercise series, so I recommend it to many people who can't do strenuous exercise.
- Pregnancy programs are a series of edited videos.
- It consists of 3 trimesters and it's a really good series.
I'm adding links to pregnancy programs below.
Yes... I gave birth to my baby. Months passed. I gained weight. And when I went back to exercising, I had a whopping 20 kilos extra. And what do you know, I'm struggling with many exercises :)
Even House 1 felt like a chore for me! Unbelievable! My own schedule was too much for me.
I created the 21/90 Series. It's an incredible 3-week beginner level. I warmed myself up with the 21/90 Series.
21/90 - Start right away! Beginner level exercise. Edited videos.
What benefits can you gain from an introductory level exercise program?
Many people want their workouts to be highly effective, but they often overlook the fact that they might also have to endure muscle soreness, which can be demotivating. So, how can I help? I've seen many people experience significant muscle soreness after their first workout, making them not want to exercise again. This program will prevent muscle soreness. It will gradually prepare you for exercise—I think it's the ideal program!
21/90 - After the start/end, I began my Zoom classes. I titled the classes according to semesters. My suggestion is that if you are in the beginner semester, I recommend doing these classes in order.
